Key Responsibilities

  • Run the daily scrum to ensure effective communication between all team members and ensure the scrum board has up-to-date tasks and information
  • Create budgets, high level planning and staffing for projects
  • Ensure that the task and bug database is maintained, and improved where applicable
  • Ensure the logistical day to day needs of the team are met 
  • Have regular check-ins with team members to ensure project progress is going smoothly and any blockers are removed
  • Ensure all meetings have agendas, useful meeting notes and any action points are followed up on
  • Regularly reviewing builds with relevant team members to ensure overall quality

Post Producer | Based in London, UK

Dimension Studio is the UK’s first volumetric capture studio. Our parent company ‘Hammerhead Interactive’ is focused on creating the next generation of virtual worlds and entertainment for VR/AR/MR, whilst Dimension specialises in creating the virtual humans for those worlds. In our London studio, we house 2 capture facilities, one capturing high resolution 3D human-avatars, the other capturing industry defining 4D volumetric video.

We love to work with people who want to bring original and amazing ideas to life to craft extraordinary experiences and are seeking a like-minded VFX Producer that can effectively run our post-production pipelines and develop a strong team on our upcoming projects.

You’ll need excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills – as well as the ability to work well under pressure with a forward-thinking approach.  You’ll be the first point of contact on every aspect of the post production process, reporting directly into the Head of Production and Management Team.

The role will cover the production span from budgeting and planning to final delivery. Once the shoot has taken place, you’ll take sole ownership of the project (supported by the HoP), becoming the client’s first point of contact, managing all new incoming requests, providing progress reports, and ensuring final delivery dates are hit.

Throughout the post process, you’ll be required to maintain the production tracking databases daily, maintaining an accurate summary of each project based on artist progress.

Technical Animator | Based in London, UK

Technical Animator

We’re looking for talented Technical Animators to join the team and participate in creating immersive experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced technologies in character creation, that challenge standardised character processing and will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to come up with original solutions, as well as acquiring unique knowledge and skill set.


Working closely with the Lead Animator to realise the creative vision, strong communication skills will play to your advantage, as will a pro-active stance to identify and communicate issues and risks.   • Work with the animation team to define, create and maintain the different animation pipelines.
  • Be pro-active in setting up workflows to support the specificity of Hammerhead capture assets.
